Check if the feature feat_id_a is a subset of the feature feat_id_b.

The id of the first feature.
- specification_aint
Whether to take the feature (1) or its inverse (-1).

The id of the second feature.
- specification_bint
Whether to take the feature (1) or its inverse (-1).
